Skywave DX brings two kinds of radio together. Internet stations play their own live streams; every station in the directory is test-played every night, and ones that stop working are dropped. Shortwave is radio that travels thousands of kilometres by bouncing off the sky: you listen to it through public KiwiSDR receivers that people around the world share, tuned to what is on the air right now.
About Skywave DX

What it is
What we don't do
We don’t host or own any station’s programmes; they come from each station’s own stream or from the air. We don’t sell data, show ads or track you across the web. There are no accounts. See Privacy.
Stations and receivers
Station information comes from the community-run Radio Browser directory and from stations’ own websites. Shortwave schedules come from the EiBi database. Receivers are run by their owners, who set their own limits. Station owners who prefer not to be listed can ask us to remove their station: Copyright & removal.
